A message from the community

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Many children and adults depend on a well in Tunga Lada for their water. When the well's hand pump broke down, everyone had to begin walking distances to and from other water sources. The hours spent this way each day prevented many children from going to school and prevented adults from fully caring for their families or earning extra income. But thanks to Lifewater Canada donors, Tunga Lada's pump has been repaired and the community well is providing all the safe, accessible water that residents need. Children are back in school and adults are being more productive.
