A message from the community

Dear Sir: The citizens of Boys Town write to say a very big thanks to your organization for the help given us. Our happiness cannot be expressed in writing. The hygiene traming provided by your team, taught us many things we did not know and we promised to live by what we have learned. As for our new hand pump, it will be properly cared for, because we know what we have passed through to get safe drinking water in this community. Many of our children have suffered running stomach and other sicknesses just from drinking bad water. May God Almighty bless this organization in Jesus name. Sincerely Yours Bro. Aaron on Behalf of Boys Town

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

On Dec 17, 2009, 31participants from 3 communities, attended a Health & Hygiene workshop. Boys Town has a population of approximately 200 people. The workshop included lessons on disease transmission and ways to keep their families healthy and the new water from their well safe. Mother Lucy Juah, a resident of the community in a happy mood thanked L-Linc family for providing the basic knowledge they have been taught. They meanwhile promised to put into action all that they have been thaught.
