A message from the community

We write to inform you of how grateful we are for what your team has done over the years. The well and pump have been, and continue to be, a blessing for our church, our families, and our neighbours. Your repair team has been very effective. God bless Lifewater! Pastor Samuel K. Zeo

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Tarbar is located in Buchanan City, in Grand Bassa County. The hand pump on this community's well broke down about a month ago. People had to start walking long distances to fetch water for their domestic use from old sources, like creeks and open hand-dug wells other communities. The Lifewater repair team visited the area during their recent trip to the county, and the pump was repaired and their water source restored. As the pump was being repaired, the locals and their kids were seen celebrating the fresh and clean water flowing again. The local chief gave thanks to God and to the Lifewater family and sponsors for the good work done in the county. Repair needed: Replace Foot valve, sealw and broken rod
