Dear Sir/Madame,

Our compound is blessed with this amazing structure.  It will be ready for occupancy this summer and I know it will be a blessing to all who come to spend time with our team.  We have so much to learn to become better at what we do, providing safe water to families in need. 

The use of this multipurpose building will allow volunteers come and share their knowledge and encouragement with us for a very long time. This training and sharing helps us work more efficiently and effectively, causing more children to get the safe water they need to stay healthy and for girls to stay in school rather than taking off to fetch water from distant places.

As a whole everyone on the team would like to extend our thankfulness for the aid you have provided to make this structure become real in front of our very eyes.
