A message from the community
On behalf of Manbor residents, we wish to say a very big thank you to Lifewater Canada for the repair of our damaged hand pumps. The pumps were down for years. We are deeply grateful for your kind gesture rendered in such a thoughtful manner. ---Community Leaders
Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)
Manbor residents were forced to gather water from creeks. Creeks are contaminated sources that put every child and adult at risk of diarrheal diseases. This was during the time when the hand pump on their community well stopped working. But due to the generosity of Lifewater donors, we have repaired the broken pump so Manbor's rehabilitated well is meeting everyone's safe water needs again.
