Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

The spread of fatal waterborne diseases amongst residents of Sehykimpa in Liberia's Nimba county was a real threat for over three weeks when the villagers were forced to drink from dirty creeks. This is because the village hand pump was broken and the villagers could not afford to buy clean water from the vendors. Lifewater and Service to Servants repaired the broken pump. The people of Sehykimpa community are happy to have easy access to clean and safe water.
