A message from the community
We, the people of Kowiny community, write to Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya to say a big thank you for the repair of our broken hand pump. May Gd bless you all. ---Community Leaders
Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)
Kowiny community had no safe source of water for a while after the hand pump on the local well stopped functioning. Children and adults were forced to rely on unsafe water sources which put them at risk of diarrheal diseases. But thanks to our donors, Lifewater has repaired the broken hand pump. Everyone in the community is happy to have safe water again.
