A message from the community

Our students are happy to have access to clean and safe drinking water after the Lifewater Canada repaired our broken hand pump. We are enjoying clean drinking water. ---Community Leaders

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Students at Kanyang'oro Primary School in Kisumu county would be spotted collecting drinking and cleaning water from a nearby stream. This was during the time when the hand pump on the school well stopped working, making clean water inaccessible to the students. But recently, Lifewater and Stada Kenya visited Kanyang'oro Primary School and, thanks to our donors, repaired the broken hand pump. The grateful community has safe water again.
