We the entire members of Sabon-Gari Nanari community, we appreciate Lifewater Canada/ Nigeria for your effort towards rehabilitation of our borehole. For some years now, our women have been suffering going down to the river which is about 10Km and share water with animals before fetching. My name is Festus Clement. Our community has been experiencing severe water scarcity for an extended period, primarily due to the damage to our borehole. The community suffers, as everyone relies on the stream for water needs. Other water sources have all dried up, leaving us with no option but to drink the contaminated water from the stream. We are all so delighted today to have had the opportunity to have access to clean, suitable, and portable drinking water from Lifewater.
