Folobia community would like to thank Lifewater Canada for the amazing work they are doing in Folobia village. We specifically appreciate you for the repair of our hand pump that broke down a few months ago. Thank you for restoring hope to our village. ---Community Leaders
Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)
Folobia village is located in Liberia's Bong county. The villagers used to get water from their communal well until their handpump broke down a few months ago. This prompted the people to get water from shallow wells they would walk for long distances to get to. Thankfully, Lifewater Canada enabled the repair of their broken hand pump hence the community members can now draw water from the well within their village.
