A message from the community

We, the community of Kong'ele, write to you to say a big thank you to Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya for drilling a new well in our community, and giving us access to clean and safe water. We are grateful to have access to clean and safe drinking water. ---Community Leaders

Life has now improved for the men and women in Kong'ele community in Kisumu County. This is after Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya partnered to drill a new well for the residents after years of not having access to clean water. The residents and their children would drink from a nearby river and often report having nursed sick children who consumes the river's water. Thankfully, the community's new well is now providing them with a constant access to clean and safe drinking water.
