A message from the community
On behalf of Israel community Q2, I wish to say thank you to Lifewater and Service to Servants for the repair of our hand pump. Our water is back. We are so grateful. ---Community Leaders
Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)
For five days, people of Israel community Q2 did not have clean water because the hand pump on the communal well broke down. Women and girls who are traditionally tasked with the responsibility of collecting water for their families, would walk for longer distances to fetch water. But not anymore, because thanks to our donors, we fixed the broken hand pump. The villagers are happy to easily access clean and safe water.
