A message from the community

We are all very grateful for the repair of our village hand pumps. The hand pumps had all broken down for a while. We thank you for making clean water accessible to all of us. ---Community Leaders

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

When Mambah Civil Compound community hand pumps stopped working, the villagers, especially women and girls, were forced to walk several kilometers to collect water from the creeks. But Lifewater funded the repair of the hand pumps, including this one. The villagers are happy to have access to clean and safe water.
