A message from the community
We are all very grateful to Lifewater for the chance to access clean water. The new well provides water for over five hundred people. We are all very happy. ---Community Leaders
Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)
Over five hundred people in Jerusalem could not afford clean and safe water, thus leading the residents to rely on the nearby open hand-dug well. The well's water was not safe; it made both children and adults sick. Today, the community is happy to have access to clean water after Lifewater funded the construction of a new well and installed a new pump.
