A message from the community

We give thanks and appreciation to Lifewater Canada and Lifewater Liberia for our community's new well. We are grateful for clean and safe water. --Community Leaders

The community of Green Land did not have any hope of access to clean and safe water, much less to have a deep, sealed well in their village. The community only knew the open hand-dug well as their source of water. They were fully aware of the health hazards presented by such a contaminated source but that was the only option they had until Lifewater drilled a new well and installed a new hand pump. Over six hundred children and adults are now getting safe water from this well.
