A message from the community

We write to thank Lifewater Canada/Nigeria for her great support in rehabilitating our borehole, we the people of Tugbudu have been suffering for a very long time in terms of having good drinking water, our only source of water is, stream and well. We go far distance to fetch drinking water, we thank God today for Lifewater who has rescued us from this. Once again, we say thank you to Lifewater Nigeria and God bless you. Yours Faithfully, Bako Daniel

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

I am John Mathew from Angwan Dogon Ruwa(Tugbudu) Bassa community, Kwali. I want to express my gratitude to Lifewater for providing us with clean water. Before Lifewater came to our community, we were suffering greatly from a lack of clean water. The stream that we used was dirty and full of germs. This led to frequent outbreaks of cholera, diarrhea and typhoid. We had to spend a lot of money on medical treatment, which put a strain on our finances. We are so grateful to Lifewater for rehabilitating our borehole and providing us with clean water. This has made a huge difference in our lives. We no longer have to worry about getting sick from drinking the water. We can use the money that we used to spend on medical treatment for other things, such as education and food. We are praying that God will continue to bless and increase Lifewater. Thank you for your work!
