Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)
The people of Sungu Kajirani Mwema community in Kisumu were concerned about contracting water - borne diseases after they were forced to consume water from the river because the village well stopped working. Luckily for them, Stada’s pump repair team stopped by the village and fixed the broken hand pump, thus restoring the community’s clean source of water, and saving everyone from potentially deadly diseases, all thanks to Lifewater donors.
