Women and men of Soi Kadhiambo community struggled to access clean and safe water because the hand pump on their only source of clean water, the community well, stopped working. Residents were forced to rely on unsafe sources o water to meet their water needs. Thankfully not anymore; because Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya fixed the broken hand pump, so everyone in Soi Kadhiambo community has access to clean and safe drinking water.
