Students at Omungi Primary School in Kisumu county struggled to acquire clean and safe drinking water after their well stopped working. The students would wash and drink from a nearby river. The walk to and from the river left students to exhausted to focus on their studies, consequently their performance were affected. However, our donors enabled us to repair the broken hand pump, so everyone in Omungi Primary School has access to clean and safe drinking water.
