This well in Mount Zion Christian Church had deteriorated to a point it was no longer of service to the community members. The hand pump was broken, denying residents access to clean and safe water. The residents were forced to drink and wash from unsafe sources such as shallow wells. However, Lifewater Canada and Lifewater Liberia rehabilitated the well, and replaced its broken hand pump. So then everyone in Mount Zion Christian Church community is happy to access clean and safe drinking water.
