The Dabi community is located in the Kwali Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The community endured years of water scarcity. Women and girls, in particular, faced immense hardship, often spending countless hours searching for water. Their efforts were frequently in vain; they would sometimes return with empty buckets because the queues at the river were too long or the water had dried up before it was their turn. Despite attempts by community members to contribute funds, the cost of repairs was simply out of reach. Hearing and witnessing their urgent need, Lifewater intervened by rehabilitating their broken borehole. Today, the broken borehole has been fully restored, and safe water is now readily available within the community. The residents are profoundly grateful for the love and sacrifice of the donors, praying for abundant divine rewards for their generosity
