The villagers of Konambaya community were unable to access clean water from the hand pump after it broke down. The villagers were unable to afford to service it, so they turned to a nearby river. The river was not just so far from most of the villagers, but also its water was not safe for drinking. Thankfully, Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya visited the village and fixed the broken hand pump. Everyone in Konambaya community now has access to clean and safe water.
