Clean and safe drinking water was inaccessible in Kasambura community in Kisumu county after the hand pump serving the village was broken. The villagers would collect water from a shallow well, while battling waterborne diseases. Thankfully, Lifewater Canada funded the repair of the broken hand pump, making clean and safe water easily accessible to all.
