We, the villagers of Kanyipola Kagalla, write to thank you for the repair of our broken hand pump. Our hearts are full of joy because collecting water is now easy. May God bless you. ---Community Leaders
Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)
Everyone in Kanyipola Kagalla community could not access clean drinking water after their hand pump broke down. They turned to a shallow well for their supply of drinking and washing water, even though the well's water is not safe for drinking. Thankfully, Lifewater Canada funded the repair of the broken hand pump, so clean and safe drinking water is flowing in Kanyipola Kagalla village, again.
