Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Thanks to the support of our donors, children and adults in Balawala no longer need to risk becoming sick with diarrhea or other waterborne illnesses after drinking from the nearest shallow well. These contaminated sources were the community’s only options for water. But Lifewater visited Balawala town recently and constructed a new well, including installing a new hand pump. The grateful community has safe, accessible water.
