A message from the community

Allow me on behalf of my church to register our sincere appreciation to you and your organization for drilling us a much needed borehole. This borehole will go along way in improving community access to clean and reliable water that has been a major challenge. This gesture shall never be erased in our memory and in the records of our time. We also extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all Lifewater staff for their competence and commitment. Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Deliverance Church community in Kiptenden in Nakuru county is also a school with over three hundred students. Majority of the villagers and students did not have access to clean and safe water. They would get water from a nearby hand dug well. The hand dug well's water was contaminated and led to waterborne diseases amongst the villagers. Thankfully, Lifewater and Lifewater Kenya constructed a new well in the village and installed a hand pump, thus providing easily accessible clean and safe water to everyone.
