A message from the community

I take this opportunity to appreciate the work done by your organization in servicing our water pump. We are so much pleased as we can now withdraw water from our pump as before. Thanks so much for the kind work done by your organization staffs. May the good Lord bless and guide you through your service to the communities. Thank you. Millicent Ouma

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Clean and safe water is ow flowing in Orecha community, only because Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya repaired the broken hand pump. The broken hand pump had denied residents access to clean and safe drinking water, forcing them to drink and wash from unsafe sources of water. The unsafe source of water, a nearby swamp, exposed residents to diseases, because water was both unsafe for drinking and bathing. However, Lifewater Canada repaired the broken hand pump, thus giving everyone in Orecha community access to clean water.
