I am Mohammed M, I reside here in Dakpan Majin community. Thank you for finding our community worthy of assistance. The dilapidated state of our borehole has forced vulnerable members of our community, including the elderly and young children to rely on dirty water from abandoned open wells and a nearby stream. This led to frequent outbreaks of waterborne diseases such as cholera, fever and diarrhea. Lifewater assisting the community to rehabilitate our borehole has protected the vulnerable members of our community, providing clean water that has improved their health and wellbeing. We don’t take this kind of gesture for granted. We are so indented to the organization for taking it upon herself to come assist our community access clean and safe water again.
