Our community is grateful and happy to have access to clean and safe drinking and washing water after you drilled a well for us, and even installed a hand pump. Your kind gesture has put an end to our struggle with accessibility to clean water. May God bless you all. ---Community Leaders

Residents of Sand Beach village could not afford to clean and safe drinking water for years. This is because the community did not have a source of clean water nearby. All they had was a shallow well, and while the shallow well met their water needs, it also exposed them to diseases. But that is now in the past, thanks to Lifewater Canada donor who funded the construction of a new well in Sand Beach village, and installed a new hand pump. The community's new well is now supplying clean and safe water to the villagers.
