We are indeed very thankful to have access to clean and safe water from our well after the rehabilitation. Stressful days are over. We thank you for that. ---Community Leaders |

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners) |

People living in Samuel Cooper Farm community would rely on unsafe sources of water such as creeks and shallow wells to meet their water needs. For five years when the village well's hand pump was broken, these unsafe sources of water threatened the health of the villagers, but they did not have any choice. Thankfully, Lifewater Canada partnered with Lifewater Liberia to rehabilitate the village well, including replacing the broken hand pump. The people of Samuel Cooper Farm are happy to have access to clean and safe water. |
