There was social conflict in this community so when we asked villagers to identify the pumps that needed to be repaired, they did not tell us about some that needed to be fixed. Therefore, people living there who needed safe water continued to suffer.

But now there has been ongoing reconciliation, and we were told about the additional wells that required repairs to their pumps. Thankfully, our repair team found that major rehabilitation was not needed.
