The Lifewater team, supported by this donor, was able to fix the well and it is back and running -- saving lives once again. The community was overjoyed to have this repair completed and now know who to call if there is any further issues with the well. |

When the only functioning well in this community failed due to a broken pump, people had to walk 20-25 minutes to reach a river or open, hand-dug wells that did not offer them safe water.
