Farba Community is along the Marshall Highway in Margibi County. When a community receives a well and hand pump, it sparks great hope. But when the pump fails, it sparks the opposite. This was the case in Farba Community when the only local only hand pump spoiled, leaving everyone urgently needing safe drinking water.

Lifewater, through its robust pump repair team, repaired the community hand pump and promised to do it all over again whenever they are call upon.

Farba Community is happily using their hand pump with the knowledge to self-repair because of the trained pump technician who Lifewater trained. Community members will no longer suffer from typhoid and diarrhea, and children will be able to spend more time concentrating on their studies instead of fetching water.
