Dear Madame/Si We want to say thank you to Lifewater for the well they drilled for us. We are all very happy to have a well in our community. Located in the district of Morne Rouge, this community has about 500 people living in it with around 400 accessing this new well regularly. There was another well about 20 minutes away (a 15 min walk) that the villagers would walk to 3 times a day for their water needs. Most spent about 400 Goudes daily on bagged water (about $3 USD) The congestion on this other well was great and the line ups were long in the heat. |
