A message from the community

We appreciate your organization for your help in repairing the pump on our borehole (or well). Our prayer is that almighty God will reward you greatly and may he continue to bless your families and work.

 -- Shehu Musa, Community Leader

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Pagada is in Nigeria’s Gwagwalada Area Council. It is a remote village with no access to electricity, roads, or potable water. When Lifewater came in, the hand pumps on the village's three wells were not working. The community was depending on open hand-dug wells and a stream to meet their water needs. Neither source was safe.

We repaired all three pumps, including this one, which made safe water available again to everyone. The community expresses deep appreciation for the good work done.

Every $1 you give provides a child with safe water for a year!
