A message from the community

Dear Sir/Madame

Our hearts are bursting with great joy to receive the first shipment of Handpumps into our new compound.  Our team is hardworking and we need many pumps every month.  Supply is short and I spend up to a whole week scouring the district to purchase enough pumps to keep the team working.

Now this is no longer a problem and that week can be better spent bringing water to those in need.

Please accept the thanks and appreciations of the whole team and all the communities who will be receiving safe water because of your generosity.

With thanks

Humbly

Hosea Apeh

From Water Products Limited to New Lifewater Nigeria NGO

October-November has been kind of transitory for Lifewater Nigeria in many ways. Here’s a quick list:

  • We got incorporated as an NGO…Water Products Limited becomes Lifewater Nigeria. It's official.
  • The plot where we began Water Product Limited last year is in a highly waterlogged area. Nearly everything sinks including your legs. We have had to pull Mr. Ojo out of the mud at one time. We found a plot on high ground and Lifewater Nigeria just got started there. We thank God for the developments.
  • Then our container of pumps just arrived from India. Now we have all the pumps, we can fix all the bad pumps in the world! The whole new experience of freight on the seas, needing trailers and trucks to get it down was quite interesting. I enjoyed it most of the time. God be praised for how successful it all went.
  • We got a Lifewater Nigeria QuickFix Motorbike.
  • We got our LongRange Truck for the big hauls.
  • And we’re so grateful!

Every $1 you give provides a child with safe water for a year!
