Old Land Community Q2 is along the road to Compound #3 in Grand Bassa County. It one of the most populated areas in the county, with almost 100 homes and more than 770 people living there. All of them have depended on a water well drilled back in 2017. When that well failed about a month ago, villagers reverted to using old hand-dug wells, which are not safe. Lifewater's pump repair team visited Old Land Community, replaced some broken parts and repaired the pump. The villagers were very happy. Community leader Frankida Morris extended her thanks and appreciation to the sponsors of the Lifewater team for the good job done for her people. |
