Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Wuna has 5 wells and only one was functional. For years, the other 4 were broken and abandoned. In one case, the well had been sand-filled by children and was not recoverable. One drilled well that was supposed to be installed using electric pump was abandoned after attacks on the community by bandits who shot the overhead hands and left them with holes. Nigeria currently is faced with attacks by bandits, terrorists and kidnappers. We thank God we were preserved from such attacks while we worked and pray that the community will enjoy peace in the future.
