Green Pasture Community is in the County of Montserrado. When Green Pasture's well broke down, locals were left without other options of safe water to drink. As a result, the lives of many locals were at risk of waterborne diseases.

At the glimpse of the Lifewater repair team arriving in their community, many echoes of thanks filled the air.

‘‘This is the exact point in time that we need Lifewater to repair our pump,’’ said Evelyn Moore, a local. "It is quite a relief to us to see this pump fixed today.’’

Leaving the community with a repaired pump that will continue to flow safe drinking water gives countless joy not only to the one that drinks it but to Lifewater and its partners.

This well had been in need of repair for approximately 5 weeks, needing seals and rising main replaced in order to function again.
