A message from the community

We wish to give thanks to Lifewater Canada and Service to Servants for coming through for us and fixing our broken hand pump. We feel so blessed that we have access to clean and safe drinking water. ---Community Leaders

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

For a month, a shallow well was the only known source of water in Duazon Beach Side village. This is because the residents would frequent the well to collect water because the only source of water, the village well, was dormant. The hand pump on the well had broken down, making it impossible for anyone to collect water from the well. Thankfully, Lifewater Canada and Service to Servants fixed the broken hand pump, thus restoring the flow of clean and safe drinking water in Duazon Beach Side village.
