A message from the community

On behalf of Madina community, I wish to thank Lifewater Canada and Lifewater Liberia for our new village well. We are grateful to have access to clean water. We promise to take care of the hand pump.

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Over three hundred people living in Madina community in Liberia's Margibi county, did not have the chance to access clean water for years. The villagers would often get water from a nearby hand dug well. Recently, Lifewater Canada funded the construction of a new well and installed a new hand pump. Everyone in the village has a chance to drink clean and safe water from the communal well.
