A message from the community |
||||||||||||||||||
Dear Lifewater & Sponsor, I have lived in this community for 69 years, I am an old man of 72 years, I have 9 children and 37 grandchildren. I had no job but now I will take care of this well, it's not a job that pays but I like to do it. Many people in this community have no job, some garden and sell charcoal on market day to people who travel long distances. Before this new well we had no choice but to get water from the river, even though it was not good for us to drink. On behalf of the community, we say thank you for giving us the well. It was very far for the Lifewater team to come here, and they were tired but did not get discouraged to come. I think the well was Jesus plan, because we prayed everyday for it. We will continue praying for you all, thank you again and we love you. Jean Espiere, Caretaker of Well |
