A message from the community

Dear Sir,

My brothers and sisters I do not have words to say just how bad our water situation was in our community. I lost my husband 5 month ago because of bad water. He use to drink water from the spring when He went to work in His garden. He was often sick and we had to go to see the Doctor, who said he has typhoid.

We did not believe him as we thought He was sick from the voodoo because my husband and I were not Christian. We spent all our money at witchdoctors trying to fight this sickness.  After He died, one month later one of my grandchild who live with me also got sick in his stomach just like my husband.  They tell me the same thing at the Doctor's and he asked me for the condition of my water. He told me to boil water before we drink it and then He give Me medicine.  After I listened to the doctor and followed his suggestions, my grandchild recovered.

The clinic I went to where the doctor worked knew about Lifewater and He told Me to go to the government representatives in the community and have those people talk to Lifewater to drill a well for the community.  We have as a result a new well and my personal thanks as well as gratitude from all in our community.

Please extend our thanks to everyone who contribute to give us the well and now I am a christian I will be baptized on the first Sunday of May.  I know it was God who gave me the good water.  What I see is that maybe God let my husband died so He can have my Life and my grandchild's. Lifewater continues help people so God will bless you more
