Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Sulu Community is located within Totota, Salala District in lower Bong County, Liberia. This community is about 39 minutes walk from the main street of Totota.

The Sulu Community is very populated but the issue of safe drinking water is a great problem for this community. Their source of safe drinking water is hand dug well that not safe for normal human consumption.

The Sulu Community is not lay out for this people built houses and latrine all over the place which makes the hand dug wells more unsafe for drinking. This community is also situated on a hill making it so difficult for digging of wells.

On Sept 14, 18 members of the community were able to attend the health workshop.

During a one day workshop conducted by Lifewater Liberia this community, the participants explained that their children are always sick with stomach problem and typhoid due to the lack of hand pump in the community.

The new well will remedy many of the town's problems!

This well was drilled as part of a cooperative NGO initiative to provide safe drinking water to all Liberian's. Thanks to ''The Last Well Inc.'' for their coordination and support!
