Moulton Corner Community is located along the Bomi Highway, Montserrado County, Liberia. This community has a population of 3,000 people. There are 2 hand-dug open wells in this community, but because of so much rock in this area these wells are not deep enough to keep the water safe for drinking, and the people have been very sick from drinking this water. But today the people of Moulton Corner community are happy and blessed that Lifewater Liberia just drilled and constructed a modern Afridev hand pump in the community. Besides, the construction of a hand pump, the people of Moulton Corner community participated in a one day workshop where they were taught about basic health and hygiene practices. |
