Dear Sir/Madame: It is with great joy that I report that of the many villages that I visited only 10 were in need of some pump repair work. The people were very grateful for the restoration of their safe drinking water source and were encouraged to start paying the annual pump maintenance fee to ensure their well is inspected at least once a year.
