For a long time now, our town has been struggling with severe water shortages. We have to walk all the way to a distant stream to get water. Most of the time, our children go to school dirty and unkempt because we don't have enough water to wash their school clothes or give them a bath before school starts. Malaria and typhoid are also common because everyone in the community drinks contaminated water from the stream.   

I am so grateful that Lifewater came to fix our broken borehole. This will make our daily activities much easier. I would like to express my gratitude to the Lifewater team for coming to fix the broken borehole on behalf of the community. May God bless each one of you. Thank you.
