Orecha community is deeply thankful to Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya for drilling a well in our community and installing a hand pump. We are all happy to have access to clean water for the fist time in so many years. May God bless you all.

People living in Orecha community in Kenya's Kisumu county feel privileged to have easy access to clean water for the first time in so many years. This was after Lifewater Canada drilled a new well in the village, and installed a new hand pump.

Before, the villagers would wash and drink from a nearby river, a dirty source that exposed them to waterborne diseases. Thanks to Lifewater Canada donors, clean and safe drinking and washing water is now easily flowing in Orecha Israel community.
