With due respect and warmth regard, we the community people of Yanipi Essan community, we write to appreciate Lifewater Canada/Nigeria for taking away tears and pains from the hardship of getting water and providing the community with a portable source of drinking water. My name is Samsi, and I reside here in the Yanapi Community. I would like to thank Lifewater for coming to our aid. The water we get to drink here in the Gawa community is dirty and unsafe for drinking. Because we had no choice, we had to drink from the same source as animals. Due to the unsafe water, we drink and make use of our children constantly fall ill with diarrhea and cholera. It's with great joy today that I will have the privilege to be given clean, suitable water. This is a remarkable day for us all, as Lifewater has done what the government couldn't do for us by drilling a new borehole for us. Thank you so much, and God bless the organization.
