My name is Micah Allem. My heart overflows with gratitude to both God Almighty and Lifewater Nigeria for the gift of a new borehole in our community. Before this, we faced the daily challenges of a constant struggle to access clean water. Every morning, our children would have to embark on a lengthy quest for water, causing them to arrive late at school. The water they bring back home most times is unsafe and unhygienic for drinking, which also poses a health risk, causing headaches, typhoid, malaria, and skin rashes. Lifewater Nigeria's intervention has brought about a drastic change in our community. The new borehole now provides us with clean water. Our children can finally go to school on time and focus on their education. Lifewater Nigeria has lifted the burden of waterborne illnesses off our shoulders. All of this is possible because of the selfless generosity of Lifewater Nigeria. May God bless each one of you for your commitment to improving and making our lives easier.
